Dear Little Filipino, 
       Although your Victoria Beckham haircut and leather vest over plaid ensemble were too cute to boot, I feel as if I got shafted to the ENTH degree. Your microphone tricks were par for the course also. You managed to single handedly butcher/slaughter/ruin one of my very favorite Journey originals. IF ..and I use that word loosely.. IF I wanted to hear any of your "new releases" I would have purchased them today at the Wal-Mart.

As much as I was looking forward to this concert, I had an extremely hard time getting "into" the Journey set. Don't be confused..I DID dance like an idiot and sing at the top of my lungs, but it took every fiber of my being. Foreigner put on a great show. GREAT! And Journey got me swaying, but I was hoping to wake up this morning with no voice at all and a new lease on life. No dice. 

I rocked.. and rocked.. and rocked

It's gotta get better.. right?

Go ahead.. hold on to that feeling.. it's burns right? The jealousy in your soul that I get to go to the Journey concert and you may not.. *insert evil laugh* To say I'm excited about this concert is probably the understatement of the CENTURY or LIFETIME!! 

Since the day I heard they were going to be in Nashville, I scoured the ticket sites for more info. ***Let me go ahead and clarify that without Steve Perry this concert will probably melt my face off but not to the degree it would have 20ish years ago*** Anyho, tickets have been in hand for a couple months now, (note to self: locate tickets in house), outfit has been planned in my head since the day we got a confirmation email on tickets, and the excitement level is currently THROUGH THE ROOF !!! If you are planning on going to this concert, look for me.. I should be easy to find.. I'll be the disco ball covered in sequins.
